Work It: Mommy or Daddy & Me
There are so options today for moms (or dads) to incorporate a part of their own fitness program with one especially geared towards their young child or children. Dubbed ‘Mommy and Me,’ or ‘Daddy and Me,’ classes, some in the 941 include a focus on the mom’s fitness (or the dad’s) while others are geared toward baby and toddler wellness with the parent acting as a partner. Either way, these activities allow a parent to engage with their child in a healthy lifestyle activity the child and parent are sure to not only enjoy but benefit from.

Among myriad other options, at Baby Boot Camp the free Mom’s group is a place where mom’s passionate about health and fitness meet to connect, share ideas and allows their children to enjoy a fun playdate.
