Definition Fit is Adopting the Insanity Challenge and Adding Early-Morning Classes

definition-fitDefinition Fit in Sarasota has adopted the Beach Body Insanity Challenge Workout program, and is now offerings its gym members early morning boot camp-style workout classes.

“(The Insanity workout)is a six week program … It’s at 6:30 in the morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, says Daemian Mains, the co-owner of Definition Fit. “It’s a half hour class, and (our instructor Donna Dodd), as part of it, does fitness tests, some fitness assessments, before and after pictures, and there’s a dietary/nutrition aspect involved, as well as workouts that are different every time they come in.”

The program is currently in progress, but there are plans to re-launch in the near future. In addition to the Insanity Challenge, Definition Fit is now offering 5:30am boot camp classes, dubbed ‘Melanie Mania’.

“Our instructor is Melanie Gaffney. She does a series of circuit-style exercises, Cross Fit style exercises, and basic boot camp stuff,” says Mains. “(The class is) an hour long, and it’s on Wednesdays and Fridays.”
